As the Executive Director of the Osterville office, I oversee the day to day operations of the South Shore, Cape Cod, and the Islands. My background as a U.S. Marine as well as being a Registered Nurse affords me the privilege of ensuring that Privatus clients receive outstanding care with exceptional customer service. It is a joy to work with a devoted team that truly cares about making a difference in the lives of our clients and caregivers alike.
Having worked in various roles in healthcare for over twenty one years, I bring diverse experiences to my role as a Client Services Coordinator. In our Osterville office we all work closely together, always supporting each other – very much a family feel which I believe is evident to our clients and caregivers. I also enjoy getting to know our caregivers which helps me to best match them to our clients with confidence.
Not a ‘wash-ashore’, Cape Cod has been home for my entire life. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren.
As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Cape Cod and The Islands, my role is to recruit and onboard quality caregivers to provide services to our clients. Having recently relocated to the Cape, I wanted to find an organization that I could feel good being a part of – I have found that in Privatus. It is a pleasure to work with a team of individuals that genuinely care about each other and every one of our clients. The most satisfying part of my job is hearing positive feedback from a family member regarding a caregiver that I brought on.
As a Client Services Consultant, I have the opportunity and the distinct pleasure of bringing over forty years of nursing experience to my role with Privatus. In this multifaceted role I work with clients and their families to develop a personalized plan of care based on their preferences, clinical needs, and personal goals. This includes being an educator, a facilitator, and a resource for clients and caregivers alike.
While I have had many positions as a nurse over the years, this one is particularly rewarding. At the end of the day, I feel like I have contributed to making someone’s day a little better, perhaps eased someone’s mind, and helped someone to live in the setting of their choice. That makes for a pretty good day!
I have spent the last fifteen years in the healthcare industry mostly within the skilled nursing care settings. In my role as Client Services Consultant, I assist families to find the right support necessary to provide top notch care for their loved ones. I enjoy advocating for our clients, helping them to navigate through a difficult time, and reducing the stress of the situation.
It is an honor to be part of such a caring team!
Most of my career I have worked as a caregiver in a variety of settings. It has always been a pleasure to brighten someone’s day. In my role as a Lifestyle Concierge, I bring my passion for customer service and dedication to caregiver satisfaction to the role. While days can be challenging when blending these two objectives, it is especially rewarding when we hear rave reviews.
