As part of the Accounting team, I am responsible for the weekly billing for our Boston, Connecticut, and Westchester offices, and the payroll for our Boston office. I am always glad to answer any questions that clients may have about our billing process. Additionally, I consider myself a team player and will do whatever it takes to contribute to a positive experience for staff and clients alike.

As a Supervisor of Client Services, I oversee all aspects of our services provided by our nurses and nursing assistants. Once we gain an understanding each client’s medical issues and personal preferences, a customized plan is developed and communicated to each caregiver and monitored on a regular basis. As a Client Services Consultant, I provide education to professionals, clients and their families about Privatus’ scope of services. Every meeting is approached with sincerity and compassion, whether the client is transitioning from an acute care setting or already in the community.

As the Director of Operations, I oversee all aspects of our service delivery in Massachusetts, including Cape Cod and The Islands. With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and as a licensed Registered Nurse, I have over thirty years of experience in business and healthcare settings.
I enjoy this role because it allows me to contribute to and collaborate with a terrific team of kind and compassionate experts in a customer service based company. One of the most satisfying parts of my position is hearing the feedback from a client regarding the positive impact Privatus has had on their quality of life and the lives of their loved ones.
As a Supervisor of Client Services it is my role to oversee all aspects of services provided by our nurses and home health aides. With many years of hospital nursing experience, it is a pleasure to assist and support a clients desire to remain in their home despite difficult circumstances. I very much enjoy getting to know each individual then collaborating to create a customized plan to address all aspects of their life. In my spare time I enjoy shopping, working out at the gym, and going to Red Sox games!
As the Controller for Privatus I am responsible for financial operations of every location that we service. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance I have over twenty-five years of professional experience, and over ten as a Controller in the healthcare industry.
The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I work for a company that truly has an impact on people’s lives.
My primary role is to educate professionals and family members about Privatus and the services that we offer. Whether rushing to meet a family in the emergency room or on the phone with an overwhelmed family member on a Friday afternoon, my mission is providing guidance and support, regardless of the day of the week or hour in the day. The most rewarding part of my job is helping families and knowing we are truly making a difference in someone’s life. I am very grateful to be part of an organization that really cares about quality and service.
As a Client Services Coordinator, my job is to choose the appropriate caregivers with our clients. I enjoy maintaining a close connection with our caregivers, getting to know their backgrounds and personalities and being somewhat of a “matchmaker.” Hearing positive feedback from our clients on what a wonderful experience they had with our caregivers is the best compliment I can receive. I am honored to be a part of the Privatus team.
I have been with Privatus since 2008 when I returned to the workforce after seven years at home with my two sons. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, my responsibilities have included all accounting and many administrative functions. Current responsibilities include accounts payable, treasury, and assisting clients who have long term care insurance.
As a Client Services Coordinator for Privatus, I manage the daily scheduling of services and make sure the caregivers have the details they need to assist our clients. Having over ten years of experience in this industry, I am still thrilled when clients call and tell me how terrific and helpful their caregiver was. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and spending time with my family and friends.
As a Supervisor of Client Services I oversee all aspects of services and care that our nurse and nurse’s aides provide to our clients. I enjoy being an educational resource to families, providing guidance with treatment options, medications, as well as to other community resources. What I find most satisfying in my work with Privatus is supporting clients wishes to remain at home and be as independent as possible with our caregiver support.
